I change my clothes a million times a day. My wardrobe usually starts with mismatched baggy sweats that can get destroyed in the breakfast-feeding, lunch-making, bath-giving, meltdown-solving, nose-wiping (on my clothes…not tissues 🤷🏻♀️) mornings of a mother of nearly 4. From this point, my life is completely abnormal and I rarely have two days that are the same. I work, but don’t have traditional hours, which is incredible, as I love being a super hands on mom. After, I want to make sure I get daily exercise, so I often opt for yoga pants, throwing heels over them to be able to transition from gym or teaching to the rest of life. In the evenings, my husband and I have a lot of charitable activities that require me to show up looking halfway decent 🤪. Life is hectic and efficiency is key to surviving every day. I love my life and feel so grateful, but figuring out how to fit all the pieces together every day, and do a good job at everything is vital to survival. I’ve learned to be super low maintenance and choose products that are going to move with me throughout the day. Makeup for one, is something I don’t have a lot of time to stress over, but I want to make sure that as tired as I am, I don’t look it. I teamed up with @esteelauder and discovered their Double Wear foundation to help me survive my costume changes and keep me feeling confident, regardless of how much snot I actually have on my clothes 😂.
