The last time I came to see you at the hospital you told me you loved me and wished me a wonderful, fulfilling life. In memory of you, I cant do anything less than that – and will continue to pursue my goals no matter what, and can only hope that someday, I'll leave an imprint on someone like you did on me. You'll be in my heart forever. Rest in peace Grandpa. 💔
