Pitch perfect ja Polttarittaret -tähti Rebel Wilson (37) liittyy kokemastaan seksuaalisesta ahdistelusta kertovien näyttelijöiden laajaan joukkoon.
Twitterissä Wilson kertoo nimeltämainitsemattomasta vaikutusvaltaisesta miestähdestä, joka yritti saada Wilsonia toteuttamaan ”säädyttömän” teon.
”Kieltäydyin. Koko asia tuntui vastenmieliseltä”.
Wilson sanoo että asiasta tehtiin valitus elokuvayhtiölle mutta saaneensa pian näyttelijän edustajan ”kimppuunsa”. Wilsonin neuvottiin miettimään suhtautumistaan miestähteen – olemaan tälle mieliksi.
Wilson mainitsee myös toisen tapauksen, hotellihuoneessa huippuohjaajan kanssa. Mitään fyysistä ei ehtinyt tapahtua, sillä tyypin vaimo soitti kesken kaiken ja alkoi sanallisesti ruoskia ohjaajaa syyttäen tätä toisen näyttelijän kanssa sekstailusta. Siinä vaiheessa Wilson oli häipynyt paikalta.
Wilson toteaa ettei pysy enää kiltisti hiljaa, jos joutuu vastaisuudessa samaan tilanteeseen tai kuulee jonkun toisen hyväksikäytöstä.

I called my agent immediately and my lawyer made a complaint with the studio – basically to protect myself that in the event something similar ever occurred I'd be able to walk out of the job and not obliged to return.

Later I was threatened by one of the star's representatives to be nice and support the male star. I refused. The whole thing was disgusting.
