Wishing I was back in Holbox Island tonight – even during a thunderstorm it was idyllic. I've also been thinking about the photos of Kim Kardashian's bum and all the comments I've seen on social media about it. To be honest, when I first saw the photos I thought two things. Firstly, I loved seeing cellulite because I thought it was great that she could of edited images and she didn't. 🙌🏼 Secondly, my immediate subconscious reaction was to be judgemental of her body, and I had to stop myself because I realise – why do we do this or care about how another woman's body looks? Does judging Kim Kardashian make me feel better about myself? I think judgement is natural, but I always to train myself not to think it and I never say it out loud to others. I try to start each day on 0 and a a point each time I'm nice about someone, and subtract a point each time I think or say something negatively about someone and I try to end each day on a 3. Try it, it's helped me be kinder and more positive in my outlook. 👸🏼🌸 #noretoucing #bodyconfidence
