The Wall Street Journalin tietojen mukaan videopelien klassikko Tetris on tulossa valkokankaalle.
Tetriksessä kerätään pisteitä laittamalla oikeanvärisiä palikoita vaakasuoriin riveihin. Leffassa ei kuulemma ole palikoita. Tetriksestä tulee scifileffa!
”It’s a very big, epic sci-fi movie, this isn’t a movie with a bunch of lines running around the page. We’re not giving feet to the geometric shapes”, väittää Threshold Entertainmentin Larry Kasanoff.
Kasanoff on ollut tuotantotehtävissä mm. Mortal Kombat-elokuvan/televisiosarjan osalta. Treshold on myös monien LEGO-viritysten takana, joten tavoitteena on myös saada Tetris nostetuksi teemapuistojen vetonaulan tasolle.
