Pitkään jatkuneen Doctor Who -sarjan tähtenä muistettu Peter Miles on kuollut 89-vuotiaana.
Miles nähtiin Doctor Who -sarjassa 60-luvun puolella ja 70-luvun alussa.
Miles oli tuttu kasvo myös monista brittiläisistä televisiosarjoista, mm. Bergerac, Blake’s 7 ja Radiopartio.
It is with great sadness that I have to inform you Peter passed away peaceful at home, last week at the age of 89. He didn’t suffer & was full of his usual love of life last time we spoke. Very sad to hear of the passing of Peter Miles (1928-2018). I remember being on the next table from Peter in the hotel restaurant the night before Day of the Doctors Convention in Slough back in March 2015, he was so funny and had some amazing stories.
