Kiekonheittäjä Sanna Kämäräinen (32) ei onnistunut Berliinin EM-kisoissa saavuttamaan finaalipaikkaa.
Aikoinaan yli 61 metriä heittänyt Kämäräinen jatkaa kuitenkin uraansa – tähtäimessä Tokion olympialaiset.
Tosin somessa Sanna toteaa päätöksen syntyneen jo ennen EM-kisoja.

I saw more clearly how I want to proceed, e.g. find a place and people to train with abroad (I love training in a group because then you can lift each other up and make sure everyone succeeds) Also what kind of athlete I want to be, why I’m doing what I’m doing, what are my goals and how I can help others on my way. It’s important to figure these kind of things out for yourself, then its easier to stay on your path and motivated through a long training season”.
