Kaksikko vietti vasta pari päivää sitten 10-vuotishääpäiväänsä. Mediatietojen mukaan parisuhdekriisi on kuitenkin jatkunut jo lähes vuoden ja pari on asustellut erillään.
Affleck ja Garner avioituivat kesällä 2005. Parilla on kolme yhteistä lasta.
