But he left behind dozens of personal journals and tape and video recordings where he talked about Jackson.
The book, called “Dileo: I am going to set the record straight” is being compiled by his former business partner Mark Lamica.
As well as details about the planned mob hit DiLeo also talks about Jackson’s addiction to plastic surgery.
He says in the book that Jackson underwent multiple operations on his face as he couldn’t stand to look like his father Joseph.
Lamica told the New York Post:” Michael told Frank in a phone call that he couldn’t bear to see his father’s face when he looked in the mirror.
“Frank had told him he needed to stop changing his face, because he was becoming unrecognisable to his fans.”
Lamica said the book will also name and shame all those – including family members – who took advantage of Jackson and his multi-million pound fortune.
