Dome Karukosken Mielensäpahoittaja-elokuva kasvatti toisella viikonlopullaan yhä kävijämääräänsä. Viime viikonloppuna elokuvan näki reilu 32 000 henkeä (32 168 kävijää), mikä on 9 % ensimmäistä viikonloppua enemmän.
Elokuvan on nähnyt jo 92 719 ihmistä. Sadantuhannen katsojan raja rikkoutunee lähipäivinä.
Mielensäpahoittaja sai myös elokuva-alan merkittävältä Variety-julkaisulta ylistävän arvion;
